Patient Education through Pathways:  Creating Your New Normal

Through Pathways Minneapolis, Cheryl Como, Vice President of LFM’s Client Services, will offer “Creating Your New Normal” – a series of six classes that will teach participants to connect, explore and cultivate the possibilities when navigating chronic disease or life-threatening illness. 

The goal is to create an environment that is safe while meeting people where they are right now, engaging the group to weave in thoughts, feedback and experiences and offering tools that are meant to provide real time opportunity for transformation.  Participants are encouraged to share ideas, employ active listening skills, work to stretch past fears and mindsets that restrict growth while evaluating individual values and beliefs.
